Armando earned his MSc in Agriculture in the field of Plant Sciences in 2016-17. His personal project was the study of tissue culture and virus elimination in garlic.
Armando says, “Studying at the International School of the Hebrew University has given me many tools that will allow me to excel in many sectors, such as industry, academy, and business. I think that in the past I was a Mexican citizen, but after being part of the International School, I have become a citizen of the world. Being part of an international program allowed me not only to meet wonderful people from many parts of the world and have amazing experiences in Israel but also to better understand how things are around the world, how privileged we are, and how to give others the same opportunities we received.”
